Description
The 7MBR50XPA120-50 is a highly integrated Power Integrated Module (PIM) designed to provide a compact and efficient all-in-one power stage for industrial motor drives and inverter applications. It integrates a complete three-phase input rectifier and a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge with freewheeling diodes into a single, isolated package. Rated for 1200V and 50A, it enables a significant reduction in system size and design complexity by minimizing external component count. The module utilizes low-saturation voltage IGBTs and low-forward-voltage diodes for high efficiency, offers high electrical isolation for safety, and includes a built-in NTC thermistor for reliable temperature monitoring and protection. This integrated approach enhances overall system reliability and simplifies thermal management.
