The FF400R06KE3HOSA1 is a high-performance IGBT module from Infineon Technologies, part of the 62mm C-series family. It features a half-bridge (dual) configuration consisting of two IGBTs with anti-parallel, soft-recovery emitter-controlled diodes. Utilizing Infineon's advanced Trench Field Stop IGBT3 technology, this module delivers exceptionally low saturation voltage (VCEsat) and superior switching performance. Designed for rugged industrial applications, it is housed in a standard 62mm package with an insulated copper baseplate, offering excellent thermal conductivity and electrical isolation. This module is optimized for high-frequency switching in motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and welding equipment, operating reliably at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
