Description

The FF400R06KE3HOSA1 is a high-power IGBT module from Infineon's EconoPACK™ 3 series. Featuring a half-bridge (two-pack) configuration, this module is designed for high-frequency switching applications requiring low conduction and switching losses. With a collector-emitter voltage of 600V and a continuous collector current of 400A, it is built for demanding industrial power conversion systems. The module incorporates Infineon's advanced Trench Stop IGBT technology together with a soft, fast-recovery anti-parallel emitter-controlled diode.
