The SKKH 570/18E is a 1800V, 570A dual thyristor-diode module from SEMIKRON-Danfoss, housed in the industry-standard SEMIPACK5 package . It features two series-connected thyristor-diode pairs designed for line-frequency AC power control applications . The module utilizes advanced aluminum nitride ceramic isolated baseplate technology with precious metal pressure contacts for exceptional reliability and thermal cycling capability
