The BSM10GD120DN2E3224 is a compact, low-power Intelligent Power Module (IPM) that integrates a complete three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, gate drivers, and protection circuitry into a single, isolated DIP package. Rated for 1200V and 10A, it is specifically designed to simplify and enhance the reliability of small motor drive and inverter systems. The module utilizes low-loss IGBTs with a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) for high efficiency.
