Introduction

The grease injection head is used to inject sealing grease into the flow tube to lubricator the cable and seal the wellhead, serving as the primary surface control equipment.

Positioned at the uppermost point of the pressure ontrol equipment string, the Grease Injection Control Head comprises wireline Stuffing Box and Line Wiper and the Flow tube Assembly.The flow  tube is a key component of the grease injection tube,featuring a smooth inner wall. Its length varies depending on well pressure—the higher the well pressure, the longer the tube.The sealing grease fills the annular space between the flow-blocking inner wall and the outer surface of the wire rope, forming a liquid sealing barrier. This not only seals the fluids within the well but also allows the wire rope to move and operate freely.

Structural features

1. The main components of the grease injection head include the pressure cap, connection head, oil cylinder, connection cap, upper joint, flow restrictor, coupling, grease injection block, lower joint, O-ring, and screw cap. 

2. The upper part of the grease injection head is composed of two-stage oil cylinders. The components installed at the upper oil cylinder and the pressure cap have the effect of scraping mud and oil； the packing installed in the lower oil cylinder has a sealing function. O-rings are used for sealing at the connection points of the oil cylinders. 

3. The upper part of the grease injection head can be adjusted manually by the upper connection head and connection shorting to achieve packing sealing； it can also be sealed by hydraulic means. 

4. The middle body of the, coupling connection point, and flow restrictor at the upper and lower joints all have O-rings to provide sealing. 

5. The lower joint is used to connect the lower and flow restrictor, and it also has O-rings at the connection points with the and flow restrictor for sealing. 

6. The lower part of the lower joint has a buffer block, which prevents the drill collar head from damaging the sleeve when lifting the tool string.

Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Usage instructions: 

1. Pass the cable through the restrictor tube in the grease injection tube to the lower connector and then use it as a cable rope cap head; 
2. The packing seal can be adjusted manually by the upper connection head and the connecting short section, or it can be achieved through hydraulic means; 
3. Connect the grease injection tube to the lower catcher or the blowout preventer pipe; 
4. According to the usage situation and requirements, inject high-pressure sealing grease into the grease injection tube through the grease injection system.
