Product introduction:
Quick splicing glue is a water-based two-component quick-response curing splicing glue.
Application scope:
It is suitable for small-area fast fitting and splicing, which can be pressed by hand, no fixture is needed, and the operation is convenient and fast. It is especially suitable for repairing small pieces, especially for engraving repair and small thickening puzzle applications.
Glue amount:
When splicing, glue A and glue B are separately applied to the two surfaces to be bonded
Splicing method: When splicing, wipe the boards with glue A and glue B on both sides, 5 times back and forth, squeeze out the excess glue and keep it tight.
Shelf life: 3 months, sealed and packaged at 25℃. Store sealed in a clean, cool and dry place with a temperature between 5-30°C. Use the one with the longest storage time first.

Features

Application note
1. The moisture content of wood is 8-12%, and the high moisture content needs to double the pressing time. Too high wood moisture content will cause cracks due to shrinkage during the drying process.
2. In order to get better results, the surface of the wood must be planed. In order to obtain better gluing strength, gluing should be implemented within 24 hours after wood planing. For wood with oily or resin content, gluing should be implemented within 4 hours after wood planing.
3. After pressing, check whether the glue is evenly squeezed out of the glue line to determine whether the amount of glue is appropriate
4. This A/B quick jigsaw glue is only suitable for small area, non-stressed parts bonding applications.
5. During operation and use, this product contains isocyanate, so protective gloves suitable for isocyanate should be worn. You should wear goggles every time you use the product. The curing agent must not come into contact with water or moisture.
6. Cleaning: It must be cleaned before the system is cured.
7. Glue-The cured glue can be treated as a general harmless waste.
Curing agent-contains isocyanate and should be treated as hazardous waste.
The mixed glue and curing agent-after they are completely cured, they can be treated as general harmless waste.
