Product Features
1. Good wettability and adhesion
Very good wettability and adhesion, so a low amount of cloth can get a good bond strength, cost-effective.
2. High softening point and good heat resistance
High softening point and good heat resistance. After sealing thick solid wood edges, it can be painted over high temperature UV coating line.

Precautions
1. The edge-sealing part should be cleaned without any dust or oil, and the pressing should be tight to avoid insufficient or uneven pressure in a certain part. Check the surface of the gluing roller frequently to remove impurities and ensure uniform gluing.
2. Always check and calibrate the temperature measuring device installed on the machine for temperature deviation.
3. The coating should be uniform, and the coating amount will be adjusted according to the type of material. A small amount will cause insufficient edge banding strength, and a large amount will cause glue lines and stain the surface of the machine and the material.
4. When the room temperature is lower than 15℃, it is recommended to heat the edge-sealing surface and the edge-sealing material locally to ensure the bonding quality.
5. The feeding speed cannot be lower than 15m/min to avoid the glue liquid from cooling down when it is not pressurized. If it is necessary to work at a low feeding speed, the temperature of the gluing roller must be increased, and the laminating material must be preheated.
6. When the feeding speed is more than 25m/min, please increase the temperature of the rubber box to 210°C.
