1．Product Overview
Color coated corrugated steel roof sheets are designed for roofing, wall cladding, industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, and light construction projects. The product combines hot dipped galvalume steel substrate with organic color coating and corrugated forming technology to improve corrosion resistance, structural rigidity, and decorative appearance.
The corrugated profile provides effective rainwater drainage and installation efficiency while maintaining lightweight structural performance for roofing and siding systems.
2．Technical Solution
The product is manufactured using CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel substrate in accordance with JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.
The AZ coating range from 50–180g/m² improves corrosion resistance for outdoor environments. The top surface coating uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, while the back coating uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.
Available paint systems include PE, SMP, PVC, and PVDF for different weather exposure and durability requirements.
