1．Product Overview

Customized pre-painted corrugated steel roof sheets are used for roofing, wall cladding, building decoration, steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, and light construction panels.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal with a color-coated surface. The AZ coating provides substrate protection, while the painted surface supports color consistency and exterior appearance. The corrugated profile improves panel rigidity and water drainage performance for roofing applications.

2．Technical Solution

The material is produced from galvalume steel substrate according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169. The AZ coating range is 20–180g/m².

The top surface uses 10–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include polyester, SMP, and PVDF. Polyester is suitable for standard building use, SMP is selected when better weather resistance is required, and PVDF is used for higher UV exposure and longer exterior service.
