1．Product Overview

Prepainted corrugated steel roof sheets are designed for roofing, wall cladding, industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, and light construction projects.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal, with a color-coated surface and corrugated profile. The AZ coating provides substrate protection, while the paint layer improves weather resistance and surface appearance. The corrugated profile supports roof drainage and panel rigidity.

2．Technical Solution

The sheet is produced from CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel substrate according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP is used for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is suitable for stronger UV exposure and longer exterior service.
