1．Product Overview

24 gauge galvanized corrugated metal roofing sheets are used for roofing, wall cladding, steel structure buildings, warehouses, workshops, commercial buildings, and light construction projects.

The product is produced from hot dipped galvalume steel and formed into a corrugated roofing profile. The AZ coating supports corrosion protection, while the corrugated shape improves panel rigidity and rainwater drainage performance for outdoor roofing systems.

2．Technical Solution

The sheet is produced from CGLCC or DX51D+AZ galvalume steel substrate according to JIS G3322, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 standards.

The AZ coating range is 50–180g/m². The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, while the back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing and wall cladding, SMP is selected for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is suitable for stronger UV exposure and longer exterior service.
