1．Product Overview

High hardness color coated galvalume corrugated steel roofing sheets are designed for roofing, wall cladding, steel structure buildings, warehouses, workshops, and general building enclosure systems.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base material and is coated with an organic paint system. The corrugated profile improves sheet rigidity and drainage performance, while the color coating provides a clean appearance and weather resistance for outdoor use.

2．Technical Solution

The sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with 50–180g/m² AZ coating. After surface coating, the material is roll formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP provides improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
