1．Product Overview

Anti-rust color coated corrugated steel roof sheets are designed for roofing and wall cladding applications that require corrosion resistance, weather protection, and a finished color surface.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal and is coated with an organic paint system. The AZ coating helps protect the steel substrate, while the painted surface improves appearance consistency and outdoor durability. The corrugated profile also improves roof drainage and panel rigidity.

2．Technical Solution

The roofing sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with AZ coating from 50–180g/m². After coating, the sheet is roll formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP is used for improved weather resistance, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
