1．Product Overview

Wear resistant corrugated steel roof sheets are designed for industrial and civil buildings where roofing panels require stable surface protection, corrosion resistance, and long-term outdoor performance.

The product uses hot dipped galvalume steel as the base metal and is coated with an organic paint system. The corrugated profile improves sheet rigidity and drainage performance, while the painted surface helps protect the roof sheet from weather exposure and surface wear during service.

2．Technical Solution

The roofing sheet is produced from galvalume steel substrate with AZ coating from 50–180g/m². After surface coating, the material is roll formed into corrugated roofing profiles.

The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

Available paint systems include PE, SMP, and PVDF. PE is suitable for standard roofing applications, SMP is used where better weather resistance is required, and PVDF is selected for stronger UV resistance and longer exterior service.
