Electric‑Driven Drilling Rig
The electric‑driven drilling rig ,the winch, mud pump and rotary table / top drive adopt independent drives. It features simple transmission, easy maintenance, high reliability, user‑friendly operation, superior controllability and comfortable working conditions for drillers.
Electric‑driven rigs are classified into DC drilling rig (DZ) and AC variable‑frequency drilling rig (DB):
DC (DZ) Series The winch adopts three‑shaft chain drive with pneumatic tube clutch for gear shifting, providing four forward gears and one reverse gear for convenient operation. It is fitted with hydraulic disc brake and eddy‑current brake. A 45 kW auxiliary motor realizes automatic drilling‑feed with high control accuracy, reducing driller’s labor intensity, improving working efficiency and wellbore quality. The rotary table is driven by one DC motor through a two‑speed gearbox. The electric transmission system is controlled by digital bus with strong anti‑interference capability and automatic fault‑detection function.
DB Series (AC Variable‑Frequency) The winch adopts a single‑shaft gearbox structure with stepless speed regulation. Its transmission configuration is further simplified with less mechanical maintenance work. It is equipped with dynamic braking and hydraulic disc brake, and automatic drilling‑feed is realized by the main motor. An emergency drive motor is available as an optional accessory for the winch. Drillers are provided with an improved human‑machine interface with greatly reduced operating levers. Touch‑screen displays show rig operating data and fault parameters. The fully‑digital variable‑frequency drilling rig offers good expandability, serving as a basic platform for future rig automation and intellectualization.
