IV. Product Usage (Inner Layer Fine Filtration)
1. Secondary Fine Air Purification
After the outer filter blocks coarse sand and gravel, the inner filter filters fine dust, construction site coal dust, exhaust particles, and pollen with a filtration precision of ≤5μm, preventing fine dust from entering the cab.
2. Activated Carbon Adsorption for Odor Removal
Adsorbs diesel exhaust, earthy mold odors, and cab plastic odors to improve the breathing environment for drivers and passengers.
3. Protect Evaporator and Blower
Intercepts fine floating dust to prevent clogging and mold growth of the air conditioning evaporator, and dust accumulation and abnormal noise in the blower, extending the overall lifespan of the air conditioning system.
4. Ensure Air Conditioning Airflow Efficiency
A permeable filter core ensures sufficient cold and hot air volume and stable cooling/heating performance; blockage directly reduces airflow and causes the air conditioning to fail to cool properly.
