This Xinwei fully automatic welding cell eliminates every manual step. The operator pours bulk bottom covers and welding rings into two vibratory bowl feeders and presses start. The system autonomously sorts and orients each component, uses robotic precision gripping with vision-assisted alignment, executes the MFDC spot weld, and sorts finished parts into collection bins. The HMI provides real-time production data and fault alerts. Operators without welding expertise can master the cell within hours. This is not a welding machine with a feeder added — it is a complete robotic welding workstation designed from the ground up for unmanned continuous production.
