Multi-Axis High-Flexibility Welding Execution: Equipped with both X-type and C-type welding gun travel mechanisms, both driven by linear modules and servo motors. The X-type mechanism incorporates a rotary platform to position the gun at any required angle, while the C-type design is compact. Working in tandem, they ensure full coverage and efficient welding of multiple, multi-angle points on complex housings.
Servo-Driven Workpiece Manipulation System: The workpiece handling mechanism utilizes linear guides, servo motors, and a rotary servo drive to move a rotary support table with precision. This allows the workpiece to be accurately rotated and positioned according to the program, ensuring optimal accessibility for all weld points and maximizing welding efficiency and automation
