Intelligent Dual Vibratory Bowl Automatic Feeding: Equipped with two independent vibratory bowl feeding systems that simultaneously handle the orientation, sorting, precise conveying, and gripping of both bottom covers and welding rings. This enables automatic part recognition and loading, seamlessly integrating with the welding cycle for genuine unmanned, fully automated production.
Multi-Layer Safety & Process Assurance: The system integrates air and water pressure monitoring switches with alarms, effectively preventing welding during power or coolant abnormalities. The independent adjustment of the pressure head's descent/ascent speed allows for cushioned contact, reducing impact and noise. The secondary circuit utilizes an insulated pressure cylinder base and upper arm design for simple installation and safe, reliable operation.
Efficient & Energy-Saving Welding System: The main circuit incorporates a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier for powerful, high-efficiency output. Combined with a dedicated air reservoir for pressure stabilization, and the use of fast-response cylinders with aluminum alloy barrels and low-damping seals paired with pilot-operated high-flow valves, the system achieves extremely high cycling speed, rapid response, and consistent weld quality
