This pneumatic 3-phase 100 KVA lever lock ring stationary spot and projection welding machine is engineered for high-efficiency resistance welding of steel drum lever lock rings and similar sheet metal components. It is particularly well suited for workpieces with galvanized or chrome-plated surfaces, delivering consistent electrode pressure and controlled welding current for stable, repeatable spot and projection welds.
The machine integrates a rigid host frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding positioning fixture, secondary circuit, welding transformer, welding controller, and water/gas circuit system. Available in 100–250 KVA rated capacity configurations, this stationary welding system can be customized for different workpiece dimensions and production line requirements.
The tree-style, all-steel machine frame is impact resistant, earthquake resistant, and designed for high rigidity. Reinforcing ribs welded into the rack minimize deformation during welding, ensuring stable weld quality and safe manual operation.
The upper electrode moves vertically along a linear guide with high repeated positioning accuracy, ensuring each welding point is placed exactly where required for consistent joint quality.
Electrode pressurization is smooth and rapid, using an aluminum alloy cylinder, low-damping sealing rings, and a pilot high-flow solenoid valve. This provides fast response and sensitive follow-up performance for high-speed multi-spot welding operations.
An electrical proportional valve allows precise adjustment of welding pressure, helping to maintain uniform weld nugget formation even when workpiece thickness or surface conditions vary.
The secondary-side circuit uses a pressurized cylinder seat and upper-arm insulation method, allowing direct fixture installation and welding work on the lower seat without short-circuit risk. The design is simple, practical, and operator friendly.
The main welding circuit uses a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, providing strong output power while reducing energy loss. Air and water pressure switches with alarms prevent water shortage or gas-related welding faults, protecting both the equipment and the operator.
