Yasen IWS Washing System Features
Yasen IWS Washing System is an integrated washing system based on automated single machines. It offers high extent of customization washing solution for the clients, which brings a comprehensive input-sorting-washing-drying-output solution.
Compared with tunnel washing equipment, Yasen IWS system is more flexible to configure, clients are allowed to select the particular quantity of washing or drying machines according to their actual washing needs. Clients are also allowed to upgrade the system with more machines in the future, in order to meet the increasing quantity of washing orders.
The structure is strengthened for the constant washing tasks, the airbag is optimized for 350G extracting power. The system also may connected with other processing equipment such as folders, ironers to save the time and the cost, then lower the energy consumption.
Yasen IWS system have strong mechanical maintenance convenience, which will keeps high running efficiency when one or more washer/dryer need maintenance. When a certain machine need maintenance, users just need to push the machine out of the system and carry out maintenance independently while the whole system running is almost not effected when compared with tunnel washing equipment.
