The 80% Cotton 20% Polyester Waterproof Terry Fabric Laminated with White TPU Film is a cotton-rich functional textile specifically developed for mattress protectors, waterproof mattress covers, and premium bedding applications. Its combination of a soft terry surface, durable polyester reinforcement, and a white TPU waterproof barrier provides a practical balance of comfort, moisture management, durability, and protection.
The 80% cotton content gives the terry surface a naturally soft and comfortable feel, while its looped construction provides good moisture absorption and a pleasant textile texture. The addition of 20% polyester helps improve dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and resistance to repeated washing, making the fabric more suitable for long-term mattress protection applications.
A white TPU film is laminated to the reverse side to create a continuous waterproof barrier. The TPU layer helps prevent water, sweat, spills, and other liquids from penetrating through to the mattress while maintaining a relatively soft and flexible construction. The white backing also provides a clean appearance and can create a more uniform reverse side for mattress protector manufacturing.
The fabric is suitable for quilting, cutting, sewing, elastic attachment, and other mattress protector manufacturing processes. Different GSM, widths, terry structures, TPU film thicknesses, and functional finishes can be customized according to product requirements.
