The White TPU Film Laminated 80% Cotton 20% Polyester Terry Cloth Fabric is a cotton-rich waterproof textile developed for waterproof bedding, mattress protectors, mattress covers, and protective home textile products. By combining an absorbent terry cloth surface with a durable polyester blend and a white TPU film backing, this fabric provides a multi-layer construction designed for comfort, moisture management, and liquid protection.
The 80% cotton / 20% polyester terry cloth surface provides a soft, natural hand feel and good moisture absorption. The cotton-rich composition makes the fabric comfortable for prolonged contact, while the polyester component improves tensile strength, dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and resistance to repeated laundering.
The white TPU film laminated to the reverse side forms a continuous waterproof layer that helps prevent liquids from passing through the fabric. This construction is particularly useful for bedding products that need protection from sweat, accidental spills, stains, and other sources of moisture. Compared with rigid plastic-backed materials, the flexible TPU layer allows the fabric to retain good flexibility and drape for bedding production.
