The Waterproof Polyester Terry Fabric is a durable and functional textile developed for mattress protectors, mattress covers, bedding, and other protective home textile products. Combining a soft polyester terry surface with a waterproof membrane, this fabric provides reliable liquid protection while maintaining the comfort and flexibility required for everyday bedding applications.
The polyester terry construction features a dense looped surface that provides a soft, comfortable hand feel and good moisture absorption. Compared with natural-fiber terry fabrics, polyester offers excellent dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and resistance to repeated washing, making this material particularly suitable for mattress protection products that require frequent cleaning and long-term use.
A waterproof TPU membrane can be laminated to the reverse side to form an effective barrier against water, sweat, spills, and other liquids. Different membrane thicknesses and fabric constructions can be selected according to the required waterproof performance, breathability, and hand feel.
