The 75% Cotton 25% Polyester Waterproof Terry Fabric is a comfortable and functional bedding textile designed for mattress protectors, mattress covers, mattress pads, and other protective home textile products. Combining a high cotton content with polyester reinforcement and a waterproof TPU membrane, this fabric provides a balanced combination of softness, moisture management, durability, and liquid protection.
The 75% cotton content gives the terry surface a natural, soft, and skin-friendly hand feel. Cotton fibers provide good moisture absorption and help create a comfortable surface for prolonged contact with the body. The 25% polyester component improves tensile strength, dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and resistance to deformation during repeated washing and everyday use.
A flexible TPU membrane can be laminated to the reverse side to create an effective waterproof barrier. This construction helps protect mattresses from sweat, spills, stains, and accidental liquid penetration while maintaining flexibility for quilting and sewing. The combination of cotton-rich terry fabric and waterproof membrane makes this material particularly suitable for premium mattress protection products where comfort is as important as functionality.
