The 75% Cotton 25% Polyester Waterproof Terry Cloth Fabric is a cotton-rich functional textile developed for mattress covers, mattress protectors, bedding, and protective home textile applications. Combining the natural softness and moisture absorption of cotton with the strength and dimensional stability of polyester, this fabric provides a comfortable surface together with reliable waterproof protection.
The terry cloth construction features soft, densely arranged loops that create a comfortable and absorbent surface. With 75% cotton, the fabric offers a natural hand feel and good moisture management, making it well suited to mattress covers and other products designed for prolonged skin contact. The 25% polyester component reinforces the fabric structure, improving durability, shape retention, abrasion resistance, and performance during repeated washing.
A flexible TPU waterproof membrane can be laminated to the reverse side to provide an effective barrier against liquid penetration. This helps protect mattresses and bedding from sweat, spills, stains, and accidental moisture while maintaining the fabric's flexibility for sewing and quilting.
The fabric is suitable for both residential and commercial textile production and can be customized in weight, width, color, terry loop structure, membrane thickness, and additional functional treatments according to specific product requirements.
