100% Polyester Microfiber Waterproof Terry Fabric with TPU Membrane and OEKO-TEX Certification for Mattress Protectors
The 100% Polyester Microfiber Waterproof Terry Fabric is a soft, durable, and functional textile designed for mattress protectors, mattress covers, bedding, and other protective home textile applications. Combining a fine microfiber terry surface with a flexible waterproof membrane, this fabric is engineered to provide a smooth hand feel, effective moisture protection, and reliable performance during repeated use.
Made from 100% polyester microfiber, the fabric uses finely spun fibers to create a dense and soft terry surface. Compared with conventional polyester terry fabrics, the microfiber construction provides a finer surface texture, improved softness, and a more comfortable touch. The dense fiber structure also offers good durability, dimensional stability, and resistance to everyday abrasion.
A flexible TPU waterproof membrane can be laminated to the back of the fabric to form a liquid-resistant barrier. This helps protect mattresses from sweat, spills, stains, and accidental liquid penetration while maintaining good flexibility for fitted mattress covers and quilted protectors.
The fabric is suitable for quilting, lamination, cutting, and sewing processes and can be customized in GSM, width, color, terry construction, membrane thickness, and functional finishing according to different bedding product requirements.
