The Waterproof 80% Cotton 20% Polyester Terry Fabric with White TPU Film is a versatile cotton-rich functional textile designed for waterproof home textiles, protective bedding, mattress covers, and other moisture-resistant fabric products. By combining a soft terry cloth surface with a durable polyester blend and a flexible white TPU film, the fabric provides both textile comfort and practical liquid protection.
The 80% cotton composition gives the surface a soft, natural feel with good moisture absorption, making it suitable for products intended for frequent contact with the skin. The 20% polyester content adds structural reinforcement, helping improve dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and resistance to repeated laundering.
The reverse side is laminated with a white TPU film, forming a continuous waterproof barrier that helps prevent liquids from passing through the fabric. This makes the material suitable for applications where protection against spills, moisture, sweat, and stains is required. Compared with conventional plastic-backed materials, the flexible TPU layer maintains good fabric flexibility and is suitable for sewing, quilting, and composite textile manufacturing.
