Substrate/Carrier: Made from high-quality cotton paper (non-woven tissue), providing excellent conformability, flexibility, and easy hand-tearability. This carrier ensures the tape conforms smoothly to both flat and curved surfaces, offering a clean and neat application every time.
Adhesive: The solvent-based acrylic adhesive (oil adhesive) offers superior initial tack, strong peel strength, and good holding power. Compared to hot-melt or water-based alternatives, it provides better resistance to aging, humidity, and moderate heat.
Release Liner: Protected by a silicone-coated release paper or film, the adhesive remains clean and ready for precise application.
Temperature Resistance: While not designed for extreme high-temperature environments, this tape can typically withstand continuous use temperatures up to 80°C to 100°C, with short-term peak resistance up to 120°C (depending on specific grade and application duration). For specialized industrial variants, some formulations can support even higher thermal thresholds.
