Fully Automated Six-Stage Workflow: The line executes tray feeding, soil spreading, brushing, watering, seeding, and covering in one continuous cycle, ensuring consistent, repeatable seedbed quality with a single operator.
Conveyor-Belt Soil Delivery: Both the soil spreader and the covering unit adopt conveyor-belt delivery, providing smooth, continuous, and uniform soil distribution with stable metering throughout long working shifts.
Dual 50-Liter Soil Boxes: Generous 50-liter bed-soil and covering-soil boxes support extended continuous operation, minimizing refill stops during peak production hours.
Seeding Wheel with Stepless Regulation: The seeding unit adopts a precision seeding wheel with stepless speed regulation, allowing infinitely fine adjustment of seeding density for hybrid rice, conventional rice, and different regional planting programs. The 27-liter seed box is sized for the line's continuous cycle.
Brush Leveling: A brush leveling system evens the covering soil layer, producing a smooth, uniform seedbed surface that promotes consistent moisture retention and uniform germination.
Standard V-Belt Transmission: The conventional V-belt drive offers simple structure, smooth running, and easy maintenance, with wear parts available anywhere at minimal cost.
Compact Fixed Structure: The stationary frame measures 368 × 55 × 90 cm with a low 90 cm working height, enabling comfortable operation and easy tray handling. Stable leg supports ensure vibration-free running.
