2BPL-2 Self-propelled Rice Nursery Tray Seeder
The 2BPL-2 self-propelled rice nursery tray seeder is a high-efficiency integrated machine designed for large-scale rice seedling raising. It can complete the whole set of seedling preparation work automatically, including moving, tray placing, base soil spreading, seeding and soil covering. Powered by a 4-stroke gasoline engine, this machine delivers strong and stable power output, suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation in seedling farms and greenhouses. Its productivity ranges from 1200 to 1800 trays per hour, which greatly improves working efficiency and cuts manual labor input for rice nursery production.
The machine adopts conveyor belt structure for soil spreading and soil covering. The 146L soil spreading hopper and 89L soil covering hopper provide large material capacity and reduce frequent refilling. It is equipped with rod-type seed metering device, supporting stepless and continuously adjustable seeding rate. Farmers can precisely control seed dosage according to different rice varieties and agronomic requirements. The soil covering levelling system uses conveyor belt-gate type design to guarantee uniform covering soil thickness. Chain transmission is adopted for stable power transfer, reducing slipping and ensuring consistent operation speed.
Its overall dimension under working condition is 1760cm × 1385cm × 1285cm. The self-propelled walking structure enables flexible movement across seedling yards without fixed installation limitation. The machine body is built with sturdy metal frame, featuring outstanding durability and adaptability to complex field ground. The 125L seed hopper stores plenty of rice seeds and lowers the frequency of seed replenishment during continuous production.
Compared with small-size seedling seeding equipment, the 2BPL-2 model has remarkable advantages in output and continuous working capacity. Its stepless continuous seeding adjustment ensures even seed distribution and lowers empty seedling rate.
