The following workflow represents the production sequence used for PVC doors manufactured with the Integral Vacuum Forming process. It reflects the actual manufacturing stages involved in preparing the door leaf, frame, and moulding components.

The process begins with material preparation and dimensional cutting. Depending on the approved design, the door panel and frame are machined separately before being assembled with the specified internal filler.

Once assembled, the leaf blank is bonded and placed into a hot press for approximately 8–12 hours. After pressing, production operators carry out trimming, dimensional verification, edge processing, and sanding to prepare the surface for wrapping.

The prepared leaf then enters the vacuum-forming stage. Adhesive is sprayed onto the prepared surface and allowed to dry according to the production requirements. PVC film is subsequently formed over the complete door leaf.

After wrapping, excess film is trimmed and the required lock and hinge openings are machined. The completed door is cleaned and checked before protective packaging.

The door frame follows a similar controlled sequence, including multi-layer board preparation, bonding, hot pressing, trimming, milling, sanding, PVC wrapping, seal-strip installation, and hardware preparation. Mouldings are manufactured separately and undergo their own pressing, profiling, sanding, wrapping, and inspection stages.

This workflow allows each major component to be processed and inspected at defined production stages rather than treating the finished door as a single uncontrolled operation.

As part of the production process, applicable door components are checked before packaging against the confirmed production requirements. Depending on the product and order, checks may cover dimensions, surface appearance, color consistency, flatness, edge finishing, hardware preparation, and packaging condition.

If a project requires additional performance verification, the testing requirements are determined according to the selected product configuration, together with the applicable test methods and documentation.
