Product Characteristics
Control System: Fitted with HCFA motion control system, which delivers precise parameter control and fast running speed.
Drive System: The main spindle is powered by a 1500W three-phase asynchronous motor. A 750W servo motor equipped with planetary reducer provides power for the circular blade.
Cross Travel: Adopts HIWIN 2020 ball screw paired with 25 linear guides and driven by a 750W servo motor. The positioning tolerance reaches ±0.02mm within 1000mm travel range.
Blade Feed: HIWIN 2005 ball screw and 25 linear guides work with a 750W servo motor to guarantee reliable feeding force and outstanding precision.
Waste Pusher: Driven by a 400W servo motor, the HIWIN 1610 ball screw ensures highly accurate feeding positions for waste pushing.
Material Ejector: Consists of HIWIN 2005 ball screw and 25 linear guides controlled by a 750W servo motor to avoid scratching or damaging materials.
Surface Treatment: Blade holder and cross travel components receive QBQ surface treatment to boost hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and minimize deformation.
Operation Interface: Equipped with a 10-inch main touch screen, supporting straightforward and user-friendly operation.
Lighting System: Built-in integrated lighting includes lights for electrical cabinet door opening, machine cabinet door opening and regular operation lighting.
Blade System: The maximum diameter of the circular blade is 160mm, protected by a stainless steel blade housing.
Feeding System: The feeding end supports manual height adjustment to fit various finished roll diameters; feeding movement is driven by air cylinder.
Waste Discharge: Supports automatic front and rear waste discharge. Waste materials are transported along the inclined conveyor for packing.
Product Discharge: Finished goods are output automatically in neat order and can be directly linked to packaging machines.
Chuck System: High-speed rotary expanding chuck features stable clamping performance. It will not harm paper cores and avoids slipping during slitting so as to prevent blade chipping.
Integration Capability: It can be installed behind automatic rewinding machines for inline connection. It realizes automatic loading, slitting, waste removal and ordered finished product output, cutting labor expenditure and matching automated production lines.
