Product characteristics

The Heikawa Motion Control System provides 12 independent cutting modes for multi-width product processing. Users can flexibly define cutting start rows and end rows, with three optional feed speeds to match different production scenarios.
5000W servo drive controls the equipment spindle, and 3300W servo drive powers the circular cutter. The automatic emergency stop function activates immediately upon system alarms, preventing cutter damage and reducing maintenance costs.
NSK 3210 lead screw and 35 guide rails undertake lateral movement tasks, equipped with 1500W servo power. The positioning error is strictly controlled at ±0.02mm within 1000mm travel distance.
1500W servo-controlled feed mechanism adopts upper silver 3210 screw and 30 guide rails, balancing outstanding structural rigidity and precise feeding performance.
With upper silver 1610 screw rod and 400W servo control, the swing angle can be adjusted freely between -9.5° and +9.5°, ensuring flexible cutting angle conversion.
Precision cooling is realized via a 60W water pump and adjustable needle valves. Accurate water volume regulation ensures ultra-quiet operation during material cutting.
QBQ surface treatment is implemented on knife holders and lateral moving parts, effectively enhancing the parts’ hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and ability to resist deformation.
Features a 15-inch high-definition main operation screen, delivering simple, clear and humanized operation experience for operators.
Full-range machine lighting configuration covers electrical box opening, machine cabinet inspection and equipment startup operation to facilitate daily use and maintenance.
Premium stainless steel dry-wet separated knife box optimizes the cleaning process: sponge absorbs silicone oil in wet areas, and wool felt wipes blades clean in dry areas, minimizing material surface oil residue.
Professional stainless steel diversion drainage pipes solve silicone oil splashing problems, keeping the equipment working environment clean and tidy.
Heavy-duty divider matched with 1000W servo motor guarantees error-free flipping work. Emergency stop is available at any time, and the system can intelligently correct flipping actions after alarm elimination.
Five axes work synchronously for cutting processing. Spare axes can complete loading and unloading work simultaneously, optimizing production procedures and improving efficiency.
Standard equipped tool rest is suitable for all processing materials with a spindle core diameter within 25mm.
