Basic Application
Designed for slitting processing of various dust-removal materials, including dust-proof adhesive rolls, dust-removal films, tear-resistant dust-removal paper rolls, PCB dust-removal paper, lint-free cleaning paper rolls, PP dust-removal rolls and PE dust-removal rolls.
Product Characteristics
Control System: Built with HCFA motion control system for high-speed operation and precise parameter control.
Drive System: Main spindle powered by 1500W three-phase asynchronous motor. Circular knife driven by 750W servo motor with planetary gearbox for stable and accurate cutting.
Cross Movement: Adopts HIWIN 2020 ball screw and 25 linear guideway, driven by 750W servo motor. Positioning accuracy within 1000mm travel: ±0.02mm.
Blade Feeding: Equipped with HIWIN 2005 ball screw and 25 linear guide, driven by 750W servo motor, ensuring strong feeding force and high cutting precision.
Waste Pusher: Uses HIWIN 1610 ball screw with 400W servo motor drive for accurate and stable waste positioning.
Material Ejector: HIWIN 2005 ball screw and 25 linear guide driven by 750W servo motor, effectively preventing material damage during ejection.
Surface Treatment: Blade holder and cross-moving parts treated with QBQ surface hardening process, improving hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and minimizing thermal deformation.
Operation Interface: 10-inch industrial touchscreen for user-friendly, intuitive operation and quick parameter setup.
Lighting System: Integrated lighting package including cabinet door lighting, electrical cabinet lighting and working area illumination for safe and clear operation.
Blade System: Maximum circular blade diameter up to 160mm, equipped with stainless steel safety guard for enhanced operational safety.
Feeding System: Feeding height manually adjustable to suit different roll diameters. Material feeding powered by pneumatic cylinder for stable feeding.
Waste Discharge: Automatic front and rear waste removal system. Waste materials conveyed through inclined chute for convenient collection and packaging.
Product Discharge: Finished products discharged automatically in orderly arrangement, allowing direct connection with downstream packaging equipment.
Chuck System: High-speed expanding air chuck provides stable clamping without damaging paper cores. Non-slip performance ensures stable slitting and protects blades from chipping or breaking.
Integration & Production: Can be directly integrated downstream of automatic rewinding machines to realize fully automatic loading, slitting, waste removal and orderly product output. Greatly reduces labor cost and supports high-efficiency automated production lines.
