High-precision indexer drive positioning structure, supported by 4‑axis automatic shaft exchange, enabling non-stop production and greatly improving production efficiency.
Equipped with automatic smoothing bars at winding and end-finishing stations to ensure tight, wrinkle-free sealing and neat roll ends.
Servo-controlled automatic press roller displacement maintains an optimal gap between roller and material roll, ensuring uniform and smooth rewinding.
Hydraulic automatic feeding system delivers convenient, fast and labor-saving operation.
Integrated material platform simplifies material handling and helps reduce material waste.
Servo-driven material pulling and labeling with adjustable length and position, allowing flexible setup and precise positioning.
Mobile discharge table capable of holding up to 100 finished rolls, easy to move and connect with downstream processes.
