High-Quality Alloy Base Material, Meets Performance Standards and Ensures Durability
The core components of the lock body are crafted from high-density zinc alloy, providing ample structural rigidity and excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The product is manufactured in strict compliance with the QB/T 5338‑2018 industry standard for door and window hardware. It delivers a locking force of up to 350 N and has successfully passed a durability test involving 200,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring stable performance even during long-term, high-frequency use. It has also passed a 500-hour neutral salt spray corrosion resistance test, making it suitable for long-term use in humid environments such as balconies and outdoor areas without rusting or jamming.
Single-dial combination unlocking with multi-point interlocking for enhanced security
Featuring a rotary single-dial combination design, the lock unlocks when turned to the number 6, completely eliminating the hassle of carrying keys. The lock is equipped with a top-to-bottom drive rod that synchronizes the extension and retraction of the Screen Window’s upper and lower locking points, achieving full-height multi-point locking. Compared to traditional single-point locking, this design distributes force more evenly, significantly enhancing the Screen Window’s burglary resistance and sealing performance. The lock plate is embedded within the profile groove, resulting in a flat, flush surface without protrusions—offering a sleek, refined appearance and a premium feel.
Wide Compatibility and Customizable Colors
Designed specifically for aluminum alloy Screen Window profiles, it is compatible with pocket-lock Screen Window sash profiles with wall thicknesses ranging from 18 to 35 mm. Surface finishes and colors can be customized to meet customer requirements, making it suitable for high-end home improvement retail and large-scale real estate projects. It can be supplied as a complete set with other Screen Window hardware, such as top-and-bottom hinges.
