Zinc Alloy and Stainless Steel Composite Base Material—All Performance Tests Passed
The main body of the lock is formed from high-density zinc alloy, while the core interlocking components are paired with stainless steel parts. The overall structure offers sufficient rigidity, excellent resistance to deformation and wear, and remains stable even after long-term, high-frequency opening and closing, with minimal risk of cracking.
The product is manufactured in strict compliance with the door and window hardware industry standard QB/T 5338‑2018. It has successfully passed a durability test involving 200,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring stable performance even with frequent, long-term use. With a maximum locking force of 350 N, it provides a secure and reliable lock that resists external pulling forces, minimizing the risk of accidental unlocking or loosening. Having passed a 500-hour neutral salt spray corrosion test, it offers outstanding rust resistance and weather resistance, ensuring long-term, stable performance in coastal, rainy, and humid environments. Compatible with profiles 12 mm thick or greater, it meets the installation requirements for the vast majority of screen door and window profiles.
