Top-and-Bottom Hinge
This top-and-bottom hinge is available in left-opening and right-opening configurations. It was specifically developed for use with pocket-lock Screen Windows and is compatible with casement-style Screen Window structures. It features a concealed top-and-bottom pivot design. No key is required to open or close the Screen Window; the entire unit features a concealed installation design and comes with 8 mounting screws for easy installation and removal. Once installed, the hinge body is completely hidden from view, resulting in a clean and attractive appearance. It is a commonly used hinge hardware component for residential Screen Windows and pocket-lock Screen Windows in commercial projects.
High-density zinc alloy base material; all performance tests meet standards
The entire hinge set is made of high-density zinc alloy through one-piece die-casting, ensuring sufficient structural strength. It can support a maximum load of 80 kg and remains resistant to deformation or loosening even under long-term load from the screen panel. The product is manufactured in strict compliance with the QB/T 5338‑2018 industry standard for door and window hardware. It has successfully passed a durability test involving 100,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring smooth and stable operation. Additionally, it has undergone a 500-hour neutral salt spray anti-corrosion test, ensuring it resists rust and remains free from jamming even during long-term use in humid environments such as balconies and outdoor areas.
Concealed Hinge Design for Simple and Smooth Operation
Featuring a top-and-bottom hinge configuration installed at the top and bottom of the Screen Window, with no exposed hinge parts on the sides. Opening and closing is simple, quiet, and smooth, while the concealed design minimizes damage to the hardware from external impacts. The hinges support flexible installation and removal, making future maintenance, disassembly, and cleaning of the Screen Window extremely convenient. A single set of left-right hinge combinations is sufficient to meet the bidirectional opening requirements of pocket-lock Screen Windows.
High compatibility, customizable surface finishes
Developed specifically for aluminum alloy Screen Window profiles, these hinges are compatible with pocket-lock casement Screen Windows with profile thicknesses ranging from 30 to 60 mm. Surface finishes can be customized according to customer requirements, making them suitable for retail applications in residential pocket-lock casement Screen Windows as well as large-scale real estate projects; they can be paired with pocket-lock mechanisms and other accessories to provide complete Screen Window hardware sets.
