Lower Stop Block
This lower stop block is specifically designed for hidden-mesh Screen Windows. It is precision-cast as a single piece from high-density zinc alloy and is installed on the lower track of the Screen Window to limit the downward travel of the screen panel, serving as a positioning and blocking mechanism. It is a critical safety component in the entire hidden-mesh Screen Window hardware system.

The limit block is integrally die-cast from zinc alloy, featuring a thick and sturdy body with high surface hardness. It resists deformation and chipping even after repeated impacts from the Screen Window panel. The material offers excellent rust resistance, having passed a 500-hour neutral salt spray test, ensuring it remains resistant to oxidation and rust even during long-term use in humid environments such as balconies and outdoors. The surface can be custom-coated according to customer requirements to match the color scheme of the entire Screen Window hardware set.
Precise Positioning and Blocking to Prevent Excessive Sliding and Derailment
The product features precision-engineered mold dimensions that ensure a high degree of compatibility with the slots in the Screen Window’s lower track. Once installed, it reliably blocks the Screen Window, limiting its maximum downward travel. This prevents the Screen Window from sliding down too far during operation, which could cause derailment, and reduces issues such as wobbling and misalignment, ensuring stable and controllable sliding motion for the hidden-Screen Window.
Standard dual-hole mounting for simple and efficient installation
Equipped with two sets of symmetrical standard screw mounting holes for easy alignment. Standard self-tapping screws can be used to secure the unit inside the profile track, eliminating the need for additional milling or drilling. This saves time and labor during factory batch assembly; subsequent adjustments, disassembly, and repositioning are equally convenient, allowing for fine-tuning of the stop position as needed.
