A burst rating over 1.5x continuous output gives the 85A substantial headroom for hard throttle transients and payload changes, keeping thrust stable through demanding long-endurance or heavy-lift missions.
12-Gauge Wiring for Higher Sustained Loads
Heavier-gauge power and motor wiring than the 35A and 65A models reduces resistive losses at higher current, supporting longer mission times and harder-working motors on larger UAV and multirotor platforms.
Enhanced Cooling Architecture
An updated case design and airflow path are engineered to keep the ESC stable under extreme, sustained loads — important for the longer flight times and higher average power draw typical of survey, mapping, and light agricultural missions.
