The Adhesive Double Sided Tissue Tape with brown glassine release liner is a high-performance double-sided tape, specifically designed for a wide range of industrial and general bonding needs. The tape's adhesive properties come from its powerful solvent acrylic adhesive. This adhesive is renowned for its outstanding initial tack, final bond strength, and exceptional aging resistance. It boasts an adhesion strength of 16 N/25mm and a tensile strength of 40 N/25mm, meaning it not only bonds firmly but also has high inherent strength, resisting breakage under certain levels of tensile or peeling force, ensuring long-lasting bonding.
The brown glassine release liner covering the product surface plays a critical role in the structure and application of the tape. Made from pure wood pulp through supercalendering, it is a high-density greaseproof paper with a smooth, delicate surface and soft texture, effectively protecting the adhesive from contamination and physical damage during storage and transportation. The release liner features a non-stick surface, allowing it to be peeled off smoothly and completely without leaving residue, facilitating quick and precise tape application onto various substrates, thereby enhancing installation efficiency and end-product quality. Additionally, it offers outstanding environmental benefits—being 100% paper-based, fully biodegradable, and recyclable—while delivering smoother and cleaner die-cutting performance and generally offering a more cost-effective solution.
In terms of physical properties, this double sided tape has a total thickness of 90 microns, making it almost unnoticeable after bonding and highly suitable for applications requiring precise alignment or avoiding visible seams. It also features a wide service temperature range of -20°C to +100°C, maintaining stable bonding performance under various conditions, from freezing environments to high temperatures, meeting the stringent requirements of diverse application scenarios.
To achieve optimal bonding results, it is recommended to apply the tape in an environment between 10°C and 40°C. Before use, ensure that the substrate surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oil and dust. After application, apply uniform and sufficient pressure to effectively eliminate air entrapment and maximize bond strength. This product should be stored in a dark environment at 21°C and 50% relative humidity, with a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. Adhering to these storage and usage guidelines will ensure the product performs at its best.
