This 1P16S ESS battery tray integrates a 3003 aluminum liquid cold plate directly under the cell stack, delivering uniform bottom cooling for 280Ah LiFePO4 cells. The liquid cold plate design keeps cell temperature spread within ±3 °C, extending cycle life in high-rate energy storage duty.

Our standard minimum order quantity is 10 pieces for this 1P16S tray. Sample and trial orders are welcome so you can verify the liquid cold plate performance and mechanical fit before mass production, and for OEM projects the first-order quantity can be adjusted to match your annual demand.
Yes. We customize the tray footprint, cell spacing, inlet and outlet position, connector type and mounting holes for your 280Ah LiFePO4 layout based on your 3D STEP or 2D drawing. Our engineers issue a design drawing for your approval before tooling, so the liquid cold plate matches your BMS and busbar arrangement exactly.
Every tray is 100% helium leak tested to below 1x10-6 mbar·L/s, then verified with a 4.0 MPa burst pressure test and a 1.5 MPa working pressure check. Dimensional inspection is also performed, and a per-batch test report can be supplied on request.
We recommend a 50/50 ethylene glycol and deionized water mixture, or an equivalent automotive-grade coolant. The 3003 aluminum liquid cold plate is rated for a 1.5 MPa working pressure with a burst margin above 3x, and its 237 W/m·K thermal conductivity keeps cell temperature spread within ±3 °C.
Stock profiles ship in about 7 working days, while fully customized 1P16S trays take 20-30 days including tooling and leak testing. Each tray is packed with EPE foam in an export-grade plywood case with desiccant, and the IP67 sealing protects the liquid cold plate during sea freight.
