Vacuum brazing joins the plate in an oxygen-free furnace, creating a clean, uniform metallurgical bond across the whole channel network with no flux residue. This delivers consistent heat transfer, higher pressure resistance and a longer service life than mechanically assembled or poorly fused plates.
Yes. The footprint, channel layout, inlet and outlet position and mounting hole pattern are all fully customizable around your 280Ah cell layout. We work from your 3D drawing and return a design for approval before brazing.
Yes. The vacuum brazed cold plate is compatible with both 280Ah and 314Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells; cell spacing and channel pitch are adjusted to suit your chosen cell.
Each plate is 100% helium leak tested below 1x10-6 mbar·L/s, burst tested to 4.0 MPa and dimensionally inspected. We can provide a detailed test report and, on request, sample plates for your own validation.
Prototype vacuum brazed cold plates typically ship in about 15-20 days, depending on channel complexity and tooling requirements.
Packing & Delivery: EPE foam with export-grade plywood case, 7 working days for stock orders and 20-30 days for customized production. OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
