Full hot-dip galvanized heavy pallet rack cancels conventional surface electrostatic powder spraying process, all uprights, beams, bracings, lock pins and guard accessories adopt integral high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing treatment, forming dense self-repair zinc alloy protective layer covering all internal and external metal surfaces, resisting long-term coastal salt mist, chemical acid-base gas and high humidity condensed water erosion.
The zinc coating owns sacrificial cathodic anti-rust performance; minor scratch abrasion on beam and upright surface will not trigger large-area rust diffusion, solving the short service life defect of ordinary sprayed racks deployed in coastal industrial parks, electroplating and chemical raw material warehouses. All welding seams are filled with special zinc repair sealing paste to block tiny gap anti-corrosion weak points.
Each beam surface adds integrated micro drainage grooves to discharge condensed water generated by temperature difference, avoiding long-term water stagnation corrosion on beam bearing surface and stored metal pallets. Internal hanging tooth structure adopts galvanized alloy mold forming, no rust jamming when adjusting beam height frequently in humid environment.

The overall modular assembly structure retains complete selective pallet access function compatible with all standard industrial forklifts.
