Narrow aisle VNA heavy duty pallet rack is specially optimized for VNA three-way turret forklift matching, compressing standard 3.2–3.6m wide forklift aisle down to 1.6–1.9m ultra-narrow passage, lifting warehouse overall pallet storage density by up to 85% compared with ordinary selective heavy racks, perfectly solving space shortage problems for high-rent urban industrial parks and old factory reconstruction projects.
Upright frame adopts ultra-thin high-strength cold-formed profile steel to reduce aisle-side horizontal occupied width without weakening vertical load-bearing limit, single beam still stably supports 2500–5000kg heavy pallets. The upright inner side adds integrated pallet positioning limit baffle to prevent pallet left-right offset during narrow aisle VNA forklift high-precision access operation.
All beam hanging teeth adopt symmetrical double-sided anti-drop locking design, adapting to front and rear bidirectional VNA fork entry. The vertical upright height can be customized up to 12m ultra-high layer layout, making full use of warehouse vertical overhead space without expanding building floor area. Cross and diagonal bracing adopt compact vertical layout to avoid occupying internal pallet storage depth space.
This narrow aisle VNA rack system realizes high-density centralized storage while retaining direct single-pallet access function, matching FIFO inventory management logic, becoming the core space expansion storage equipment for medium and large batch SKU warehouses.
