Bulk drum specialized heavy pallet rack is customized for standard 200L chemical plastic and iron oil drums, optimizing beam bearing surface and interlayer limit structure to realize neat classified vertical layered storage of liquid raw material barrels, solving the messy stacking and rolling risk of oil barrels placed on ordinary flat heavy racks.
Each beam surface is equipped with integrated double-groove anti-rolling positioning rib, two parallel grooves match the bottom arc of standard oil drums to fix barrels without lateral sliding during forklift access and static storage. The interlayer vertical spacing is preset to match the full height of single oil drum, avoiding vertical space waste caused by oversized general rack layer clearance.
Upright frame adopts thickened anti-leakage reinforced structure, can be matched with detachable liquid receiving tray under each layer to collect leaked chemical liquid from damaged barrels, complying with chemical factory environmental leakage recovery management standards. The beam hanging tooth double anti-drop lock pin prevents beam displacement under uneven weight of full liquid oil drums.
The whole rack can be matched with wire mesh side baffle to separate different types of chemical raw material barrels and avoid cross-contact between different liquid products. Modular spliced design supports continuous side-by-side expansion to form centralized chemical drum storage wall for large-scale fine chemical manufacturing plants.
