Forklift impact reinforced heavy pallet rack optimizes all vulnerable collision positions targeted at daily high-frequency forklift access environments, upgrading upright foot, beam end and aisle side frame with integrated anti-collision reinforced structure to extend overall rack service life in busy logistics and manufacturing warehouses.
The bottom 1.2m aisle section of each upright adds double-layer thickened impact-resistant reinforcement plate, matching detachable U-shaped rubber column guard that absorbs instantaneous collision force during forklift slight misoperation. All beam ends are extended with 15cm thickened crash buffer sections, avoiding direct rigid collision between forklift fork and main bearing beam.
The whole upright frame adopts thickened 2.5mm rolled steel, cross and diagonal bracing are double-row welded reinforced structure to disperse collision vibration force and prevent frame local deformation after repeated impact. All connecting lock pins use thick alloy forged material, not easy to deform or lose efficacy under continuous external impact.
Surface adopts thick matte anti-scratch epoxy powder coating, resisting scratch and paint peeling caused by frequent forklift contact. The beam height can be adjusted every 50mm via dense preset upright holes, matching different height pallet cargo, while retaining full selective direct pallet access function for FIFO inventory management.
