Straight Through-Panel Joint: A straight brass body crosses a chassis panel or frame and the lock nut clamps it from the other side at a controlled torque, so the tube runs clean through the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp.
5/16 inch Push-In, Brass Thread: The push-in ends take 5/16 inch PA11, PA12 or PU tube by hand, while the brass thread and lock nut keep the joint rigid on chassis, axle and body runs where vibration would loosen a plastic fitting.
Brass Bulkhead Tube Connector with a straight body for routing air brake and pneumatic lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. The brass thread passes through the panel and the lock nut clamps it from the other side at 10-15 N·m, so the line crosses the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp, while the straight shape keeps the tube run in line and free of side load.
The push-in ends accept 5/16 inch PA11, PA12 and PU tube by hand, which matches the air lines used on bus, truck, trailer and semi-trailer brake circuits, including ABS / EBS and air suspension. Because the fitting can be released and refitted, line repairs and panel rework do not need new hardware. The connector is produced under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control, with dimension and thread inspection before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop.
Rated for air brake service from -40 to +100 °C, the brass thread body and push-in ends stay stable from cold start to hot engine bay conditions and resist condensation, road salt and oil mist. Supplied as part number 623 7900, the connector suits high frequency fleet maintenance and OEM replacement, and is packed neutral or with custom marking for distributor and OEM programs.
